The Roots
Ever since Chef Koji can remember, Koji Chiba was always interested in mixing ingredients to make something new, Also keen for fishing.
Growing up, he realized he has a gift for cooking and hosting, and decided to turn his passion and Knowledge into a thriving career.
Koji entered the world of hospitality and the food and beverage industry at 5 Star Hotel in Tokyo, Japan in 2003.
While there he had the pleasure of serving the Emperor of Japan, The King of Sweden,
Prime Ministers
and other world leaders,
including the G8 Summit and FIFA world cup.
